If you make a purchase from me on or through my Website, all information obtained during your purchase or transaction and all of the information that you give as part of the transaction may be collected by both me, the merchant, and our payment processing company.

18. Virtual Sessions

All services provided under this agreement are conducted remotely via email, Zoom, or Google Meet. No tangible goods are exchanged.

 

For cancellations or rescheduling, please email me directly at kc@thelimitlessinsights.com. Requests must be made with reasonable advance notice. Please be aware that any cancellations or requests to reschedule made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time will be subject to the full charge, as refunds cannot be issued for late cancellations not followed by a rescheduling request. I reserve the right to refuse service to clients who habitually cancel or reschedule appointments without sufficient notice.

 

19. Termination

I reserve the right in my sole discretion to refuse or terminate your access to the Website and its Content at any time without notice. The restrictions imposed on you in these T&C will still apply now and in the future, even after termination by you or me.

20. Refund Policy

 

All Sales Are Final

By purchasing any product, service, package, or subscription from thelimitlessinsights.com, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. No refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, lack of use, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances.

Non-Refundable Purchases

The following purchases are strictly non-refundable:

• Single sessions (including but not limited to tarot readings, private coaching, and mentorship consultations).

• Packages (bundled sessions offered at a discounted rate).

• Subscriptions (ongoing coaching, membership access, or multi-session services).

• Digital Downloads (including but not limited to guides, workbooks, meditations, and eBooks).

• Online Courses & Webinars (pre-recorded or live courses, masterclasses, workshops, and paid digital training programs).

• Gift certificates and gifted sessions (cannot be exchanged or refunded to the original purchaser or recipient).

Packages and subscriptions are considered rendered at the time of purchase, meaning once you buy them, you are committing to the service. There will be no refunds, partial or full, regardless of how many sessions have been used or how much time has passed.

​

Package and Subscription Policies

• Expiration Policy: All packages must be used within one year from the date of the last completed session. Any remaining sessions not used within this timeframe will expire and cannot be refunded, transferred, or extended.

• Booking Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to schedule and complete all purchased sessions. Failure to book appointments in a timely manner does not qualify for a refund or credit.

• No Cancellation or Partial Refunds: Once a subscription or package is purchased, it cannot be canceled mid-term for a full or partial refund, regardless of time elapsed or the number of sessions claimed.

• Transferability: Packages and subscriptions are not transferable to another person unless explicitly approved in writing.

Service Completion and No Refund Clause

Once a virtual session is completed, the service is considered fully rendered, and no refunds, reschedules, or credits will be provided. Virtual sessions include but are not limited to those conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or email-based services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule a session, you must email kc@thelimitlessinsights.com with reasonable advance notice.

• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice) or failure to attend a scheduled session will result in a full charge for that session, and it will be marked as "used."

• Clients who habitually cancel or reschedule without sufficient notice may be denied future bookings at my sole discretion.

Chargebacks & Dispute Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for a legitimate purchase or rendered/partially rendered service is considered a violation of this agreement. If you initiate a dispute, your access to future sessions and any outstanding sessions in your package may be revoked immediately.

To resolve any concerns about your purchase, please email me directly at kc@thelimitlessinsights.com before attempting a chargeback. Any unauthorized chargeback may result in legal action to recover lost funds.

​

By purchasing any product, service, package, course, or subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy and acknowledge that no exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
